This is the most affordable format in the complex: one room of about 43–45 m² with a balcony and a separate bathroom. On the floor plans these units appear as Studio Deluxe. The G4 version, for instance, has 43.44 m² in total, of which the terrace is 6.54 m². It is not a cramped hotel room but a complete home with space for a dining table.

How the room works

From the entrance a short passage leads past the bathroom and pantry kitchen. Further in, the plans show the bed, a lounge area and a dining table, with a full-width window opening onto the balcony. The sleeping area is not walled off, so the light and the balcony view reach the whole room. The unit is sold furnished, so there is no need to fit it out from scratch.

What the complex adds

Shared areas make up for the small footprint. The large pool is in the courtyard, with a second on the roof beside the Sky Garden and bar. There is a jacuzzi, a fitness centre and a laundry, so you do not need your own washing machine or exercise equipment in the unit. Rawai Beach is about 250 m away, so you can walk to the water.

Who it suits

The studio works for a single person or couple who come to Phuket for the season, and for anyone who wants a finished home within walking distance of the sea. Rental buyers should work out running costs first: a 90 ฿ per m² service charge and a sinking fund of 600 ฿ per m². If you need a separate bedroom, the same building also has one- and two-bedroom formats.
