How the plan works

The plan is long and narrow. By the entrance are a bathroom with a shower and a linear kitchen with a dining table, then a sleeping area with a double bed and wardrobe, ending in a loggia behind a panoramic window. The bed is set at the far end towards the window, so it stays out of sight from the front door.

Who this studio suits

One person or a couple wanting the minimum entry point and no furniture shopping. The format can also be considered for letting; the developer claims about 6–8% per year, which is its own estimate. Rawai Beach is about 5 minutes away, and the building has a rooftop pool, lounge and underground parking. At about 800 ฿ per m², the sinking fund for a studio comes to roughly 24,800 ฿.
