Trade-offs to keep in mind

With 34 m² there is little storage, so the shared gym, coworking space and rooftop pool become an extension of the home: you can work and relax away from the unit. The service charge depends on size, about 70 ฿ per m² a month, so it is lower here than in a 52 m² unit.
