This is the most varied group of apartments. On the developer's drawings we counted twelve types from 34.64 to 74.99 m². Many follow the curve of the building, so room shapes differ noticeably from one type to another.

Frequent type A, 36.85 m²

This type repeats often on the floor plans. The living room covers 10.67 m², the kitchen 4.89 m², the bedroom 13.72 m², the bathroom 4.19 m² and the balcony 3.38 m². For this size it is a complete apartment with a separate bedroom and an entrance zone.

Medium and large types

Types D, I, H and F range from 49.67 to 54.26 m² and offer a much larger shared room. In type F the living room reaches 23.84 m². Type M1 at 74.99 m² stands out with a 21.48 m² balcony: no other one bedroom apartment has this much open space, and it suits people who spend a lot of time outdoors.

Who this layout suits

The smaller types are designed for a couple or someone working from home who wants a separate room to sleep in. The larger options suit those moving for the long term. The furniture package is included in the price, which makes moving in easier and leaves less to furnish. The price on the card refers to the smaller types.
