The developer's drawings show six two bedroom types: E, Q, C2, M2, L and P. Sizes run from 50.44 to 81.86 m², and the differences concern not only the area but also the number of bathrooms.

Compact options

Type E at 50.44 m² is the most affordable, with one 4.97 m² bathroom and a 6.31 m² balcony. Type Q measures 54.35 m² but already has two bathrooms and two balconies. The developer marks type C2 at 58.6 m² as popular: its kitchen covers 11.55 m² and the main bedroom 15.51 m².

Larger options

Types M2, L and P range from 75.07 to 81.86 m². In type L the living room has 18.08 m², the main bedroom 17.56 m² and the balcony 16.62 m². In type M2 the balcony reaches 21.48 m². Type P offers the largest living room at 24.2 m². This size lets you eat on the balcony and host guests at home.

Who it suits

Two bedroom apartments are designed for a family with a child or two adults who need separate rooms. Pay attention to the bathroom count: two are more convenient for a family. For a buyer planning a long-term let, the compact types give a lower entry point.
