The most compact format comes in three types: C at 29.23 m², B1 at 29.44 m² and B2 at 30.46 m². The differences are small and mainly concern the balcony and the shape of the room.

How the layout works

Take type B1. From the entrance come the 4.34 m² bathroom and 6.55 m² kitchen, then the 11.19 m² sleeping part and a 5.05 m² seating area. A 2.31 m² balcony closes the apartment. In type B2 the sleeping part is larger at 13.89 m² and the balcony reaches 3.88 m². Type C has the largest sleeping part at 14.74 m², with a more compact kitchen.

What the price includes

According to the project data, the furniture package is included in the price. That settles part of the furnishing question, though it is worth reviewing the package before signing. The specification also lists fine finishing, a built-in kitchen and wardrobes, air conditioning and provision for appliances.

Who the studio suits
