3-Bedroom Villa with a Courtyard Pool — Santorini Style Villa

A villa built in 2023, arranged in a horseshoe around a paved courtyard with a pool: the rooms open onto the courtyard through full-height doors, and in the evening the water and the walls are lit. The name nods to Santorini, but the only thing they share is the white façade — inside there are marble floors, an olive-green kitchen and a layout familiar from Rawai's newer houses.

The shared space runs as one volume along the courtyard: a sofa with a red cushion, a smart TV on the wall, a long timber table for six and a kitchen with olive-green fronts and a stone worktop. The appliances include an oven, induction hob, extractor, microwave and a side-by-side fridge.

Points to note

There is no washing machine and no barbecue area at the villa — the owner states this plainly. Laundries in Rawai take washing at 40–60 ฿ per kilo; the nearest are on Saiyuan Road.

Rental terms

October — 95,000 ฿ per month, minimum stay 10 nights. Water and internet are included, electricity is metered at about 8 ฿ per kWh. Cleaning on request, final cleaning included.

Who it suits

A family or a group of up to six: three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a courtyard enclosed on all sides — from inside the house you see neither the neighbours nor the road. The house is new, built in 2023, and the condition of the finishes shows it.
