About the Developer
Utopia Nai Harn is a resort residence with five pools, including a lagoon pool with a slide and a panoramic rooftop pool, plus a gym, co-working space, restaurant and spa on site.
The duplexes here are a format of their own: two levels and a double-height ceiling instead of the usual single-room studio. The same 45 m² gives you a proper split between day and sleeping areas.
