High ceilings with lighting around the perimeter, white finishes and a dark island kitchen; a pool about 10 metres long runs along the villa, fed by a waterfall from a stone wall.
A shared space with a storey-and-a-half ceiling
The living room, dining area and kitchen are combined into one volume under a storey-and-a-half ceiling. The island kitchen has an oven, hob, microwave, coffee machine and a side-by-side fridge, and the dining table seats six. Full-height doors run the whole length of the façade onto the terrace.

The villa stands in a residential block of Rawai, among private houses and coconut palms — with no neighbouring hotels or tourist traffic.
