The kitchen, in dark gloss, is thoroughly equipped: induction hob, oven, extractor, coffee machine, a fridge with an ice maker and a dishwasher — the last of which the catalogue does not mention. Each bedroom has its own character: black canopies in one, turquoise accents in the second, green in the third.

About the Developer
The house stands near Saiyuan, two and a half kilometres from Nai Harn — a quiet, green part of Rawai with cafés and shops along the road.
Two things the catalogue does not name but the photographs show: a dishwasher in the kitchen and a freestanding tub in one bathroom — the description lists only showers. The layout is single-level, with no steps inside or at the entrance.
