2-Bedroom Villa 150 m² with a Pool — Villa Hinako

Villa Hinako is a single-storey villa with two bedrooms and its own pool in the gated ONYX Villas estate on Saiyuan Estate, three minutes' drive from Nai Harn Beach. Living area is about 150 m² on a plot of roughly 320 m². The house was fully refurbished in 2024: bright finishes, natural materials, full-height glazing and furniture chosen for a single way of living.

Living area and a kitchen behind a glass partition

The living area combines a living room with a large corner sofa, a dining group and a kitchen separated by a glass partition in a black frame. The kitchen is working rather than decorative: hob, oven, extractor, fridge, coffee machine, kettle and a full set of crockery.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

The master bedroom looks straight onto the pool through a full-height window and has a king-size bed, a desk and its own bathroom with a shower and a freestanding tub. The second bedroom is planned for two guests — two single beds, a TV and a fitted wardrobe; the second bathroom is next to it. Both bedrooms have air conditioning; the living area has a split system and ceiling fans.

Pool and grounds

The private pool runs along the terrace, surrounded by lawn, tropical planting, a sun lounger and a dining area under a canopy. The plot is enclosed by walls and greenery, and in the evening the pool and garden lighting comes on — the neighbours are neither seen nor heard. Pool and garden care are included in the price, as is cleaning every three days.

Nai Harn: getting to the beaches

Saiyuan Estate is a quiet residential area in the south of Phuket between Rawai and Nai Harn. Nai Harn Beach is about 1.5 km away, Yanui Beach 6 minutes by car, Rawai Beach and the fish market 7 minutes, and the large Makro, Villa Market and Home Pro stores 10 minutes. The airport is about 45 minutes away.

Who it suits

The villa works for a couple or a family with a child, and equally for two couples travelling together: two separate en-suite bedrooms, a private courtyard and parking by the house. The format is in demand for the winter season — from November to March villas like this in Nai Harn are booked well in advance.

Rental terms

Minimum stay — 10 nights; booking takes a 30–50% prepayment. Water and internet are included, electricity is billed by meter. The grounds are under 24/7 security, and a welcome set and beach towels are provided on arrival. Airport transfers, car and scooter rental, a chef, massage and excursions are arranged on request. Smoking at the villa and staying with pets are not permitted.
