Full-height doors open straight onto the terrace by the water.

The villa stands in a residential part of Rawai between two beaches — five minutes to Rawai Beach, six to Nai Harn. This is a calm part of southern Phuket where expats and winter-season residents live.
A layout of two wings around a pool is less common than the usual single-storey plan: the shared space is separated from the bedrooms by the courtyard, so an evening spent talking outside does not disturb anyone who has already gone to bed.
