About the Developer
Ka Villa is a gated community in Rawai with a barrier at the entrance and internal streets hemmed by hedges. The seafront with its seafood market is five hundred metres away, Nai Harn seven minutes by car.
Raja is one of the few two-storey houses in the community: four en-suite bedrooms split across the floors, and from the upper terrace you see a coconut grove rather than the neighbours' roofs.
