The villa stands in a residential part of Rawai among expat houses: five minutes to the supermarkets and schools, the same to Nai Harn.
What sets Salika apart is its enclosure. The wings are set in a horseshoe around the courtyard, with stone walls and tall palms around the perimeter and entry through remote-controlled gates. Inside there is a Thai-Balinese interior with carved timber, four-poster beds and a separate laundry room, which rentals at this budget usually lack.
