About the Developer
Baan Bua (Nai Harn Baan-Bua) is one of the oldest villa estates in Nai Harn. The houses are single storey, in traditional Thai style: tiled roofs, carved ceilings, covered salas in the courtyards and mature landscaping between the houses.
The estate is gated, with security and maintenance of the common areas. The villas here are let mainly long term — many of the tenants are families who come for the winter season year after year.
