These are the most spacious apartments in the current price list. Type B takes 60 m² and type F 68 m². Both have two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with a shared area for kitchen and dining placed between them or next to the entrance depending on the type. The bedrooms are set apart, so household members and guests disturb each other less.

What separates the types

The extra 8 m² in type F gives more room in the shared area and bedrooms. The plans show that the rooms are arranged differently, so look at both options before booking. Renderings show the living room with a four-seat dining table and balcony access.

What it costs

Prices start at 9,300,000 ฿, from 155,000 ฿ per metre. Maintenance is about 3,600–4,080 ฿ a month, paid once a year. One-off costs are 24,000–27,200 ฿ for the sinking fund and 5,000 ฿ for meters. The Freehold premium comes to 600,000–680,000 ฿.

Who it suits

A family with a child: their own room, a kids club and play areas on site, and the beach a 10-minute walk away. The ISP and BCIS international schools are a 20–25 minute drive, which is worth factoring in. A second bedroom also helps a couple who host guests or work from home. For buyers planning to let, the developer states a 6% return for three years.
