Studio 29–32 m² at VIP Space Odyssey
This is the lowest-priced way into the project. Studios come in three types: A at 29.3 m², C at 29.45 m² and D at 31.75 m². The size difference is small, but the position of the entrance, bathroom and bed varies, so compare the types by their plans and not only by the area figures.
How the studio is arranged
A single space combines the sleeping area, kitchen unit and seating, with one separate bathroom. Renderings show a sofa beside the bed, a TV opposite and a glass-fronted wardrobe along the wall. The apartment is handed over finished and air-conditioned, and the furniture package is ordered separately.
What to budget for
Prices start at 4,400,000 ฿, from 152,000 ฿ per metre. Maintenance at 60 ฿ comes to about 1,760–1,910 ฿ a month, paid once a year. The one-off sinking fund contribution is 11,700–12,700 ฿, plus 5,000 ฿ for meters. Quota Freehold adds roughly 293,000–317,500 ฿.
Who it suits
One person or a couple wintering or on holiday, when the priority is being a 10-minute walk from Rawai Beach and the promenade. Buyers looking at letting will note the low entry cost. The developer states a 6% return for three years, and the terms should be checked in the contract. Moving in will not be immediate: delivery is phased, so confirm the date for a specific studio.
