Ashram Villas is a private complex of only seven villas in southern Phuket, built by Udomo Thailand. Completion is scheduled for Q1 2027, tenure is leasehold, and the starting price is 12.8M ฿. Every villa has two bedrooms, a private pool, a spacious terrace and panoramic windows. Homes are handed over fully finished, furnished and equipped.

The developer works with natural materials, high ceilings and open-plan interiors, and leaves green zones between the houses. The renderings show two roof types: a pitched roof in artificial thatch and a flat roof.

No. 1, No. 3 and No. 4 look out to the mountains, while No. 2 faces the inner garden. The terraces of No. 2 and No. 3 include an outdoor cinema. No. 3 and No. 4 each have two open-air bathrooms.

Villas No. 5–7

Flat roofs and ceilings up to 3.2 m, with views over the green grounds and, at No. 7, the mountains too. No. 5 is 235.2 m², No. 6 is 151.3 m², No. 7 is 173.5 m². No. 6 and No. 7 can be combined into one property.

A round two-storey building stands at the entrance: a cafe and reception below, an event and yoga space above. Residents also get a coworking room, a workout zone, sauna and hammam, and a children's playground. There is parking, 24/7 security and CCTV.

Terms of buying a villa in Rawai

The reservation fee is 150,000 ฿. On signing the contract you pay 35% within 15 days, then 20% when the foundation is complete, 20% on completion of construction, 10% after windows and doors are installed, and 15% at handover.

The format works for buyers who want a separate house with a pool in a small complex, whether to live in, holiday in or rent out. Two equal bedrooms suit a family or two couples. The developer claims strong rental potential but gives no specific yield figures.
