The only penthouse at ReLife The Windy: 60–70 m² on the top floor, full-wall glazing and a terrace from which you can watch the sunset over the mountains. In plan it is not an apartment with rooms but an open loft space with zones on different levels.
The space
The living area is raised onto a timber platform: a built-in sofa along the wall, and opposite it a dining table for four and the kitchen. The sleeping area is set apart by Japanese-style sliding screens; the bed stands by the full-height window, with the hills and the sunrise in view.

Why the top floor

About the Developer
ReLife The Windy Nai Harn was completed in September 2019; the developer is TPG Development Co., Ltd. The low-rise development in southern Phuket is built in an Asian loft style: concrete, pale timber and full-height glazing.
The project was designed for long stays rather than nightly letting: a co-working space, a gym, table tennis and an accessible roof with pools. A management company maintains the communal areas and handles residents' day-to-day needs.
