The sleeping area is raised on a timber platform, with a soft pouffe alongside and the entrance to the dressing area. A dining area for two is separated from the kitchen, and there is a smart TV and a fridge. The bathroom is finished in concrete with a backlit mirror, and the washing machine is out on the balcony.

What the development offers

About the Developer
ReLife The Windy Nai Harn was completed in September 2019; the developer is TPG Development Co., Ltd. The low-rise development in southern Phuket is built in an Asian loft style: concrete, pale timber and full-height glazing.
The project was designed for long stays rather than nightly letting: a co-working space, a gym, table tennis and an accessible roof with pools. A management company maintains the communal areas and handles residents' day-to-day needs.
