About the Developer
Kokyang Estate is a villa community in the south of Phuket built to a masterplan: internal streets, a gated entrance and regular plots with private pools and gardens.
Villa Haeata occupies one of the largest plots in the estate — about 300 m² of house plus a generous lawn with a pavilion. In this price bracket a garden of that size is rare: the courtyard usually ends right at the pool edge.
