The living room, with cornice lighting and two sofas, runs into the dining area and the kitchen — dark fronts, a stone worktop, an island with a hob and extractor, an oven and a dishwasher. The finish is restrained: pale tiling, dark timber, timber blinds at the windows.

About the Developer
Kokyang Estate is a gated villa community in the south of Phuket, between Nai Harn and Rawai. A secured entrance, internal streets, maintained grounds and single-storey houses with private pools and gardens.
People choose the estate for long stays: 5–7 minutes to two of the southern beaches, the Lotus's and Makro supermarkets nearby, and inside it stays quiet with no tourist flow.
