Kokyang Estate is a premium villa community in Nai Harn: gated grounds, even internal streets, Thai-style houses with tiled roofs and private pools.
This villa's position is convenient because Rawai is only a kilometre and a half away and there are cafés and coffee shops three hundred metres off: some everyday errands can be done on foot, which is unusual for villa developments in the south of the island.
