The living room has high ceilings and a red modular sofa, a Buddha panel on the wall and full-height glazing. The kitchen is separate and laid out in a line: oven, dishwasher and washing machine, coffee maker, blender, rice cooker. The dining table for eight stands between the kitchen and the living room.

Pool and grounds
The pool has wide steps and loungers set right in the water, with timber decking and a tiled terrace around it. An awning is stretched over the dining group, and there is an open-air shower by the stone wall. The courtyard is completely enclosed: no neighbouring windows are visible from any side. Parking is covered, on the plot.

Rental terms

About the Developer
The villa stands in a quiet green block of Nai Harn built up with private houses. There are no hotels and no through traffic, but shops, cafés and markets are within a kilometre and two of the southern beaches are ten minutes away.
A saltwater pool instead of a chlorinated one: the water is disinfected by salt electrolysis, which is gentler on skin and eyes and carries no chemical smell. With four bedrooms and a 650 m² plot, this is a format for two families rather than for a couple.
