Grand Sea Through Luxury Villas consists of just four private villas in the south of Phuket, in the Rawai and Nai Harn area. The developer, Botanica Luxury Phuket Co.,Ltd., built the concept around open space: floor-to-ceiling windows, natural light and a close link between house and garden. Parking for two cars takes up 37 m². The kitchen, living and dining rooms form one block that opens to a terrace with an outdoor seating area and a 43.2 m² pool with a jacuzzi. This floor also has one bedroom with its own bathroom, a guest toilet, a laundry and a storage room.

Ownership is Freehold or Leasehold. The purchase has three stages: reservation, contract signing and transfer of ownership. The payment structure is individual for each villa. Maintenance and upkeep are calculated per project individually for the unit, and electricity and water are billed at government rates.
