About the Developer
Calypso Garden is a dark-clad building with planting on the façade, five hundred metres from the water. The roof holds an infinity pool overlooking the bay and the islands; there is a second pool at the foot of the building.
Apartment 107 is on the ground floor: its terrace faces greenery and is screened by a hedge, so the sea view comes from the roof rather than the window. In exchange, it has something units of this size almost never offer — a separate walk-in wardrobe room.
