Villa Maple is a two-storey villa built in 2025 with four bedrooms and a pool in the inner courtyard. The villa is laid out in a U around the water, so the windows face into the plot rather than onto the neighbours: privacy here comes from the plan, not from the fence.
Double-height living room and an island kitchen
The ground floor is a single space with a double-height living room, a leather sofa big enough for the whole family and a dining table for six. The island kitchen with bar seating has an oven, a microwave and a dishwasher. Full-height doors slide open to the pool, and there is a separate work area with a sofa and a desk by the window.

About the Developer
Villa Maple was built in 2025 in a quiet residential part of Rawai — no hotels next door, but a few minutes from the markets, seafood restaurants and shops of southern Phuket.
The layout is unusual for a rental: two full master suites with their own bathrooms and dressing rooms, and a shared space opened up to double height. The house is new, so the appliances, plumbing and finishes are all in original condition.
