Forty metres in one volume: bed, sofa and desk

The bed stands by the window, with a sofa and a round table for two opposite; along the wall runs a long worktop with the TV, which doubles as a desk. The kitchen block is by the entrance: hob, extractor, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster and crockery. The bathroom has a tub, a glass-screened shower, a timber vanity with a basin and a hairdryer. The washing machine is out on the balcony.
