The studio layout
The space is arranged on Japanese minimalist principles: the bed is raised onto a timber platform with storage drawers, below it are the work area and the TV, and a compact kitchen sits by the entrance. The finish is concrete and pale pine, with a timber-lined ceiling.

About the Developer
ReLife The Windy Nai Harn was completed in September 2019; the developer is TPG Development Co., Ltd. The low-rise development in southern Phuket is built in an Asian loft style: concrete, pale timber and full-height glazing.
The project was designed for long stays rather than nightly letting: a co-working space, a gym, table tennis and an accessible roof with pools. A management company maintains the communal areas and handles residents' day-to-day needs.
