The first phase of The Title Rawai is a large development of low-rise blocks arranged around three pools, ponds and lawns. On the grounds there is a lobby with a library, a reception and electric buggies that run between the blocks; opposite, across the coast road lined with casuarinas, the beach begins.
Caranavi is a ground-floor unit with its own garden terrace and, unlike the neighbouring apartments in this phase, it is available from ten nights rather than by the month only.
