About the Developer
The third phase of The Title Rawai is a set of blocks around three pools, five hundred metres from the water, with tropical gardens between the buildings.
The unit is advertised as having "direct pool access". In the photographs the balcony is raised above the water and separated by a railing — there is no way down from the terrace, and you take the shared stairs to the pool. The photographs themselves were taken on a phone rather than by a photographer: they show the apartment honestly, but without the gloss.
