October — 25,000 ฿ per month, minimum stay 10 nights. Electricity, water and internet are included, as are cleaning every three days and the final cleaning.

Who it suits

A single guest or a couple: the most affordable option in the development, yet with a full-size bed and a balcony over the water — and the whole promenade begins a minute from the front door.
