The living room with a blue corner sofa and a TV runs into the dining area and a kitchen with pale fronts — hob, microwave, coffee maker, a large fridge. Villa Java is let from a month only. That format is usually chosen by winter-season residents: short bookings in the south of Phuket in season cost one and a half to two times more per night, and for stays from 30 days owners are more willing to fix the price for the whole period.
