Nai Yang is one of the quietest and least spoilt districts of northern Phuket, a few minutes from the international airport. Despite that proximity, Nai Yang is strikingly calm: the beach falls within Sirinat National Park, which shields it from commercial development. There are no loud bars and no tourist traps here — only a long strip of white sand, coconut palms and turquoise water.
Nai Yang Beach is part of Sirinat National Park, which means the entire shoreline is legally protected from development. No hotels directly on the sand, no persistent vendors, no noisy bars. Just tropical forest running down to the sea and local fishermen whose families have lived here for generations.
Nai Yang Beach is about 1.5 km long. The water is calm for most of the year and the bottom shelves gently — ideal for families with children. Coral reefs lie close enough to snorkel straight from the shore. Phuket airport is 2 km away, which suits frequent travellers, business owners and expats.

Nai Yang spent a long time in the shadow of Phuket's better-known districts. That is precisely why an interesting market has survived here: new projects appear rarely, prices are lower than in Bang Tao or Laguna, and demand from wealthier buyers is beginning to grow.
The Title Villa Estella is one of the few new villa projects in Nai Yang. Twenty-six villas with 3 bedrooms, private 3×12 m pools and a tropical design. 600 m to Nai Yang Beach and 2 km to the airport.
Nai Yang is one of the most underrated districts of Phuket from an investment point of view. Sirinat National Park limits new construction, so supply fundamentally cannot grow. Meanwhile the surrounding infrastructure — the airport, schools, shopping centres — keeps developing.
